Yoga - Begiinning Level
This class lays a foundation for the fundamentals of Anusara Yoga including attitude, alignment and action. The focus is on establishing a clear understanding and practice of basic postures and breath.
Yoga - Level I / II
A multi-level class which builds on the basic essentials of asana (posture) practice. This class takes the student a step further in imbibing the principles of alignment and form and in cultivating a steady home practice.
Yoga - Mixed Level
This class offers a well-balanced array of poses that is adapted for all levels of students.
Beginning level students are encouraged to participate in Beginner or Level I classes.
Yoga - Level II / III
An intermediate level class for those who have established a home practice, including inversions and backbends.
Gentle Yoga
This class supports students who need a gentler practice due to physical limitations or just enjoy taking it a bit easy.
Restorative Yoga
With the use of yoga props-blankets and bolsters, a class of restorative poses refreshes, renews and deeply relaxes the body, nervous system and mind. No experience needed.

(pronounced "chee-gung) This practice is derived from an ancient Chinese system of gentle and meditative postures, exercises and breathing techniques which improve health and vitality.
