NOTE: Completion of both the Teacher Training segment and the Immersion are required to apply for Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certification. 
*The Immersion may also be taken as a stand alone program for self-enrichment.

YOGA WORKSHOPS

Friday 6:30 – 8:30pm:  Finding the Steady Center:  An evening of progressively sequenced standing and seated hip openers and forward bends.  Class will end with a brief period of Meditation, and is open to all levels. 
Saturday 10am – 12pm:  Open your heart and say YES!!:   A progressively sequenced, Heart Opening, Back Bending practice to open the body, expand the heart and celebrate!  Class will be open to all levels of students and will include standing poses, shoulder openers and back bends.
Saturday 4-6pm:  Yoga with a Twist:  The Art of Progressively Sequencing standing, seated and arm balancing twists:  In this late afternoon class we’ll explore active principles that apply directly to the practice of standing, seated and arm balancing twists.  We’ll practice twisting with the breath, twisting for the different organ systems and cover the benefits as well as the contraindications of practicing twists.  Class is open to all levels of student
Sunday 10am – 12pm:  Flying on the Wings of Grace: A morning practice of progressively sequenced Arm Balances geared toward level 2 but open to all levels
